Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Worn footwear
- Used personal sports gear (e.g., gloves, bibs, mouthguards)
- Custom-branded or personalized equipment
Return Process
- Contact Us – Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions – We will confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.
- Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
- Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect for faster resolution.
- We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to stock availability. If the desired replacement costs more, the price difference will be invoiced before shipping.
